Cordyline australis 'Torbay Dazzler', commonly known as the Palm Lily or Ti Kouka, is an evergreen plant native to New Zealand. This cultivar is distinguished by its striking variegated foliage, featuring sword-shaped leaves with bold cream stripes and margins, adding a vibrant, tropical aesthetic to gardens.
