Water Lilies

Nymphaea Water Lilies are stunning aquatic perennials that thrive in Perth's climate, bringing vibrant colour to ponds with their large, fragrant blooms in shades of white, pink, blue, and yellow. Ideal for sunny spots, these water lilies grow best in shallow water, with their roots anchored in the pond bed. They bloom abundantly through Djilba (Spring) and Kambarang (Early Summer), attracting pollinators and adding a serene aesthetic to any garden. Easy to care for, they require minimal maintenance beyond occasional deadheading and nutrient-rich aquatic soil. Their broad, floating leaves offer natural shade for pond life, helping to control algae and create a balanced ecosystem.
