Description

The "Burgundy Blush" cultivar of Geraldton Wax, known scientifically as Chamelaucium, boasts exquisite plum/burgundy flowers. This Western Australian native medium-sized shrub graces gardens with its vibrant blossoms from Makuru to Djilba (winter to early spring). The deep-hued flowers can transform garden spaces and also serve as striking elements in floral arrangements.

For those planting "Burgundy Blush" directly in the ground, it's beneficial to fortify poor, sandy soils with a premium soil conditioner. A position with ample sunlight is preferred, accompanied by consistent watering, especially during its budding phase. To ensure a splendid flowering display, it's advisable to apply a balanced fertiliser in both Djilba (early spring) and Djeran (autumn).
