Description
Alstroemeria 'Inca Reply', known as Peruvian Lily or Princess Lily, is a compact and vibrant evergreen hybrid, originating from Brazil, Chile, and Peru. This variety grows to a manageable height and width of 20-30 cm, making it ideal for adding a splash of colour to Perth gardens, particularly in borders, containers, and small garden beds. It thrives in full sun to semi-shade, preferring well-drained soil, and requires moderate watering until established, after which it becomes more resilient to dry conditions.
From Early Spring (Djilba) through Late Autumn (Djeran), 'Inca Reply' produces striking deep pink flowers with a bold purple throat, providing long-lasting colour throughout much of the year. Its hardy, low-maintenance nature and extended bloom period make it a fantastic addition to Perth gardens, enhancing any landscape with its bright, lively flowers.
